Rental Information

May & October - $850/week USD.

June, July, August, & September - $1050/week USD.

Monthly rates available by request.

Check in/out

Check in is Saturday after 3p.m.
Check out is Saturday by 10a.m.

Deposits

A Deposit of 50% of your rental rate is due upon reservation to secure your reservation. A Security Deposit of $200 is due at this time, as well. The full Security Deposit will be mailed back to you within a week of check-out if The Green House is found in it’s original condition. The Deposit is refundable in full with at least 30 days notice of cancellation, with this exceptions: Cancellations after June 1st for summer bookings (June-September) will be refunded only if the time is rented. There are to be no rate adjustments for early check-outs.

Reservations

Weekly or longer rentals are available May through October only.
